Things are going great at my new house, lots of progress has been made and we're on a week to two week dealine till completion

I will be absent for a while longer as I have had a catastrophic house fire on May 11th and I lost everything including my PC. Currently there is a house being fixed up for me and my family. I'll update on progress as it goes.
